Request and confirmed reservation
Sending the online form or a WhatsApp message is a reservation request, not a booking. Your reservation is confirmed only when our team confirms it to you in writing, by email or on WhatsApp, with the date, the details and the final price.
No payment is taken on this website.
Prices
Prices on this website are published in US dollars (USD) and shown as starting prices. The final price is the one stated in your confirmation.
Day trip and desert tour prices are per person and depend on the size of your group. Quad, buggy and horse ride prices are starting prices for each route and duration.
What is included
What is included, and what is not, is listed on each tour page. If anything is unclear, ask us before you confirm and we will set it out in your confirmation.
Safety
During quad, buggy and horse rides, every participant must follow the guide's safety instructions and wear the helmet provided. The guide may stop or shorten the activity for a participant who puts their own safety or the safety of others at risk.
Weather and route changes
For safety or weather reasons, our team may adapt a route or postpone an activity. When this happens, we contact you to agree on the best alternative.
Health, age and experience
Please tell us before you book about any health condition, pregnancy, the age of participants and their riding or driving experience. This lets us confirm whether an activity is suitable and adapt the pace and the route.
Cancellations and changes
The cancellation and change conditions that apply to your activity are communicated with your confirmation. If you need to change or cancel, contact us as early as possible by WhatsApp, phone or email.
Insurance
Liability insurance is listed by Quad Ouarzazate as part of its quad, buggy and horse ride activities. Day trip and desert tour pages list passenger insurance among the inclusions where it applies. Travel insurance for your stay remains your own choice and responsibility.
